Under these proposed terms, unused standard products may be returned if you contact us within seven days of receipt. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. Items that cannot be returned, such as personalised or made-to-order goods and food, will be identified before purchase. We cover the cost of resolving damaged, incorrectly delivered or non-conforming goods. These terms do not limit your statutory rights. - Technical requirements
- An internet-connected smartphone, tablet or computer. If external booking or payment services are introduced, their recommended technical requirements will be provided separately.
